About

Welcome To Sew Easy!

Sew Easy has been family owned and operated for 19 years teaching 13,000 kids and teens how to sew.  With our many years of teaching experience, we have developed proven methods of instruction to individually suit a child’s learning and personality style.  We believe this is one of the many reasons why children remain in our program throughout their childhood and pre-adolescent years.

Kids, ages 5 1/2 through 17 years old, will experience the old-fashion pleasures of learning a new life skill.  These skills include: learning to operate a sewing machine, selecting exciting fabrics and patterns, hand sewing and much more. Each student will complete four to eight projects during each of their programs. We have over 400 project designs which include: hip clothing; pet wear; bags galore; decorative pillows; fleece wear; American Girl Doll & Webkinz fashions; and much, much more!

Sew Easy attracts the best talent New England has to offer.  Our educated staff members have attended institutions such as PARSONS SCHOOL OF DESIGN (NY); THE FASHION SCHOOL OF DESIGN (BOSTON); FRAMINGHAM STATE UNIVERSITY, and LASALLE FASHION DESIGN PROGRAM (NEWTON).

As a professional organization, Sew Easy adheres to strict local and state standards providing a safe and ethical environment for children. We are licensed by the Board of Health and State of Massachusetts.  Our staff is checked by government CORI and SORI data basis as well as CPR certified.

Our goal is to enhance self-esteem and confidence in all who attend.  Creating something with your own two hands instills self-efficacy.  Children continue to develop their skills in decision-making, reading, mathematics, and working with others…skills that will remain with them throughout their lives.

Allow us the privilege of teaching your child a new life skill!

Come join the fun!
